Balloon Burst Tester (Seal Integrity / Pouch Burst) This is an equipment to test the Seal Integrity / Seal Strength of 3 Side Sealed / Preformed Pouches. This test is also suitable to test those pouches which cannot be tested by the Dynamic Pouch Compression Tester because the contents are in solid / powder form. In this test, the 3 side sealed pouch is clamped firmly between 2 grips thereby sealing the 4th side. Compressed Air is then gently let inside the pouch and the pressure increased gradually. The point of  seal failure / film rupture is recorded as Pouch Burst / Balloon Burst. Principle of loading: Internal Pressurization till Burst. Capacities Available : Standard Range : 0 - 6 kg/cm2.
