Laboratory Heat Sealer

Scenario # 1 :

You want to do any trials on a new Laminate (or vendor). But taking a Trial Run on the production will mean Huge production losses and wastage of time.

Your current vendor has sent you a new consignment which needs to be tested before acceptance. How do you create samples for testing without putting a production trial.

You want to prepare a new pouch design. But modifying the production machine is time consuming, expensive and also a loss of regular production.

Solution :

Laboratory Heat Sealer is an equipment to prepare lab samples of heat sealed pouches / sachets. So whether it’s a new pouch design, new laminate, new supplier and just raw material testing, you can create finished samples quickly and that too within the comforts of your own laboratory.

Adjustable force : 15 – 300 Kg (Analog or Digital Pressure Display)

Adjustable temperature : 50 – 199.9°C (Digital P.I.D. Controller with Display)

Adjustable dwell time : 0 – 9.99 Seconds (Digital Display / Microprocessor based)

Seal Pattern : Straight lined or as per your design.

Sealing Depth : 6mm / 8 mm / 10 mm / 12 mm or as desired.

Sealing Length : 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 Inches or as desired.

Special Features :

Both sealing jaws are heated separately using high-density pencil heaters.

Option of controlling both heaters at a single temperature using a single controller or at single /differential temperatures using 2 separate controllers for each sealer jaw.

The temperature controllers are not the regular On/Off type temperature controllers.

They are special P.I.D. Logic Temperature Controller for highest levels of control and repeatability.
